I emailed soflo customs on 1/10/2025 making them aware of fitment issues and damage on the new power steps I ordered from them for a Jeep JL. The finish on multiple brackets is damaged, the passenger side step has damage, and on both sides the steps do not sit flush to the body while in the retracted position. Today is 1/14/2025 and I have not received a response from anyone at soflo. Reference attached pictures

Bought my truck almost a year ago. It has been a mess. I got an Omega Rex TRX with the kevlar paint. Was surprised that it showed up without heated seats or steering wheel after paying for a custom interior. Got over that quickly, and was somewhat happy with the build. As time went on I noticed other things that were annoying, again not a huge deal, just signs of lazy, poor workmanship, like gaps in panels and body work, rubbing in wheel wells from lift and tires not fitting etc…after about 2 months however, I noticed the kevlar paint starting to bubble around the headlight at first, then EVERYWHERE!!! Apparently instead of sanding the truck down and putting primer on(automotive paint 101) they sprayed the kevlar paint over the top of the previous paint job. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Within 3 weeks there were baseball sized bubbles and paint peeling off of the entire vehicle. I sent them pictures and at first they offered to find a shop to fix it. It took 2 months to find anyone that would touch the mess they had made. When they saw the cost to get it fixed at a local shop, they refused and demanded that instead I ship it back to them on my own dime. After months of back and forth with them and $2500 in shipping costs on my dime, I finally found someone to ship it back. As they were going to have to strip the entire thing and seeing how the black paint looked, I asked them repaint the truck in Desert Sand. They asked for an opportunity to “make it right” and promised me the truck would come back “dialed”. It took them 2 months+ to get my truck back. They did pay for the shipping back, but when I it finally arrived, the drivers side door was sprayed way too thinly and now appears a different color than the rest of the truck. Making it look so freaking budget. I paid $150k+ for a truck I am still embarrassed to drive around. 🤦🏻‍♂️ i had planned on purchasing a Uris build and had several friend that were considering ordering custom builds but after my experience won’t touch these guys with a 10 ft pole. I’m now having to go put and shop different body shops to fix their mistake a second time.

Purchasing my new 2025 modified Raptor R from So Flo Customs was the best decision I ever made. I do change cars/ trucks every 2 yrs and by far this has been the best experience I have ever had. I can see there is a professional and aware business owner behind the scenes ensuring that the job is done by the team outstandingly. From the process of remote buying to financing, delivery and final product ( the modified truck) SOFLo have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jay in sales. His professionalism and personalized customer care has been outstanding as well. He was my to go person during the process and even now after the sale is done, he still makes himself accessible for further questions and or guidance as needed. The truck is just unique and amazing!!! Thanks So Flo customs, I’ll definitely be back for more.
