[1.5hr Jetski Dolphin tour] We had an amazing experience! The fact that it was private made all the difference, especially since we brought our 5-year-old son. It allowed us to go at our own pace and really enjoy the adventure without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Steve, was fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful throughout the trip. He even took great pictures of our ride and shared them with us afterward, which was such a nice touch. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, personalized, and family-friendly experience!
We took a 3 hour tour and lunch with our guide. I was really disappointed in his approach and explaining. When we finally did see dolphins once, he didn’t engage with our crew. We never knew where we were or what was around us. I was hoping he would offer to take pictures or talk us through some of the stuff, but instead he sat on his phone. There was not much guiding only” follow the leader” and stopped ONE time when we seen dolphins. By looking at past reviews and the experiences that others had made. It made this tour that much more disappointing. I too am a business owner, so leaving a review is tough but I am hoping this will help you in the future on how to make your business be the best it can be.
