Couldn't be happier with the service and support from GreenAer (specifically Eimear). Bough a Reise and Muller multicarger mixte. Eimear made sure I got to try the bike a good few times and then spent time to ensure I got the customisation I needee (passenger kit, gps/alarm, baby seat etc). All was so seamless. I'm 250km into the riding the bike. It's the dream.

Just bought a Riese Muller from Green Aer (Sandyford), collected it yesterday and cycled home 28km WOW is all I can say about the ebike it’s like a “Bentley” of bikes. Now the real important bit!! How did I get there? Well with the help, advice and guidance of Eimear (GreenAer Sandyford), her knowledge is second to none, and if she did not know it (I had some out there questions, as I was looking for an ebike that can commute (50km) and MBT also, she found out and got back to me the next day). We had over 40 emails from first contact to collection yesterday, that’s service! Really and truly, I cannot praise her help enough. I got a great deal, great bike & service. To put this review into perspective, collecting the bike, I was there for an hour, as I was cycling it home, it was checked and rechecked, another lad shadowed me to ensure the Rohloff hub was working correctly. I brought water but no cage to hold it, Eimear and the lads got involved found spare new water bottles for me, one of the lads from service (did not catch his name) was fierce nice, went above and below but the water bottles on, showed be the cooler, then went through fitting for me and adjusted the seat post, I ask what I owed for the bottles it was free … that’s cool!! I know it reads like I work for them believe me I don’t (I can post the receipt 😊) but Eimear, GreenAer and R & M Delite Rohloff are the best fit for me. Would highly recommend. Photo does not do it justice ... its real cool. Thanks S
