Bring your troop to the zoo for an exciting badge earning adventure filled with discovery and hands on learning. The Brownie Pets Badge Workshop introduces participants to the differences between wild animals and pets while teaching responsible animal care. Scouts explore various animal diets, meet animals up close, tour the zoo grounds, and create an enrichment toy for a zoo animal. This interactive experience encourages curiosity, empathy, and understanding of both domestic and wild species in a fun and engaging setting. Group size is limited to ensure a meaningful experience.

The Junior Animal Habitats Badge Workshop offers a deeper exploration of ecosystems and the animals that live within them. Through guided activities, animal encounters, and an educational zoo tour, participants learn about habitats, endangered species, and conservation efforts. The program encourages teamwork, observation skills, and environmental awareness while connecting scouts to the natural world. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, with limited group capacity to maintain a high quality learning experience.
