Flew from Geraldton to Abrolhos Islands with Thomas. Was a beautiful day and fantastic flight. Plenty of time to sightsee over the islands, snorkel in turtle bay, and walk on the island. The company was easy to work with and well worth the trip up from Perth.

Respond to your apply on 10/10/2025 This manner of response is completely unprofessional. The Google review was posted before I received your email, so it is incorrect to imply it was posted after our negotiations. Your email responses repeatedly claimed this seating arrangement complies with your safety policies but provided no concrete solution. When I requested public information or a link to the policy regarding two children sharing one seat, I received no further reply. You only responded after seeing the Google review, using it as a reason to cease communication. Furthermore, you justify this by stating child fares are discounted. However, we have flown many times on child fares and were never required to share a seat. Crucially, this was a scenic flight where every passenger expects a window view. Placing a child in the middle seat defeats the entire purpose, as they are too short to see anything. The core issue remains: there were enough seats, and the decision to reassign my children's pre-allocated seats was made solely to accommodate a another flight trainee pilot—not due to overbooking. Is it company policy to give away paying passengers' seats to trainees? I am no longer seeking compensation, and this will be my final communication. However, stop trying to shift the blame. I will only accept this outcome if you can provide an official link from your website where the policy of two children sharing a single seat is stated. (Naturally, I will not accept it if the policy is added only after my request.) Previous review: If you have kids! Be aware they could share one seat and been given one headset! I traveled with my two children, aged 10 and 6. To my disappointment, they were assigned to share a single seat. The seat was clearly not designed to accommodate two children comfortably. My 10-year-old barely fit, while my 6-year-old had very little space and felt extremely cramped. Shortly after takeoff, she began complaining of discomfort, which persisted throughout the flight. Additionally, only one headset was provided for the shared seat. As a result, my younger child experienced ear discomfort due to the noise, and I had to give her my headset. This left me exposed to the loud aircraft noise for the entire one-hour tour, which caused me a headache and overall discomfort. Moreover, since the children were sharing one seat, my younger child could not see anything from the middle and had to sit on my lap to view the scenery. This prevented me from enjoying the flight, taking photos, or appreciating the views as I had to prioritize my child’s comfort and safety. I raised my concerns with the pilot after landing and was advised to contact the customer care team for further assistance. However, when I spoke with a representative, I was informed that their policy allows two children to share one seat. I was not aware of this policy prior to booking, as I did not see it mentioned on their website. Had I been informed of such arrangements in advance, I would not have booked this tour for my children. The purpose of the flight was to allow them to enjoy the scenic views, not to endure an uncomfortable and stressful experience. And the customer care staff asked me to write a email for the situation and I did, but no one replied instead of a email asking me take few minute for their TripAdvisor comments!

Unlike the previous reviewers, we arrived early, had read all the weight restrictions, and knew what to expect prior to arrival. We were met by delightful staff, and had one of the best days of our Australian holiday. The staff were professional, we were looked after the entire 7 hour trip, and we couldn't be happier. Well done team!

Avoid at all costs – extremely terrible experience with Kalbarri Scenic Flights powered by Nationwest Aviation If you’re looking to ruin your day and completely mess up your travel schedule, then I highly recommend choosing Kalbarri Scenic Flights powered by Nationwest Aviation. We were a group of 6 people who made two bookings (2 pax + 4 pax) for a 1:30pm flight on June 19th to visit the Pink Lake from Kalbarri — booked two weeks in advance. However, on the morning of the flight, we suddenly received a call and a text, claiming there was a “weight issue” Their website clearly states a weight limit of 119kg per person — none of us exceeded this. (which is everything on scheduled) Here, What they really meant was that they couldn't accommodate all 6 of us in one flight — only 4 people max per flight — meaning we would need two separate flights, which was never mentioned before. That morning, we drove from Monkey Mia to Kalbarri with no signal on the way. We only received their call and text after arriving in town Kalbarri and checking our phones. We arrived at Kalbarri airport at 12:50pm, only to find it completely locked and empty. We had flights from Geraldton to Perth at 6:40pm (a 2-hour drive from Kalbarri), so splitting into two flights was never an option. When we called, the lady on call kept saying “I understand” but offered no real help, only that the second flight would be at 2:45pm — clearly too late. At the airport, we explained the situation to the pilot and asked him to call HQ (we still had no signal). We requested that 4 people take the flight and the other 2 be refunded. The person on the phone (sounded like a Malaysian male) refused to refund, said he needed to “ask the boss,” and kept stalling while insisting we send him flight info. He kept repeating they couldn’t refund and pushed us to do the second flight — even though it was clearly impossible given the time. Let me be very clear: this was not our fault. We booked together, were never told about flight size limits, and only got notified on the same day — far too late. The infrastructure in regional WA isn’t great, and they should’ve planned better. In the end, only 4 of us flew. 2 people didn’t. No refund has been issued to this day. After we finished the first trip and arrived Geraldton is already 17:40 We were completely have no time to catch the flights for the second flight at 18:40. This company clearly just wants to take your money, even if they can’t deliver the promised service. 🚨 Final warming: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. If you want to protect your itinerary, time, and mood — stay far away from this company.

excellent experience provided by this company, the pilot was highly reliable and nice, what you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself in the air, then leave everything to the pilot. But it is a bit hot in the plane because my section is near noon in a very sunny day
