Tours do not leave at a set time and wait times are usually no more than 30 to 45 minutes. The zoo operates every day of the year from 9am to 5pm except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Rain or shine visitors can enjoy the park unless there is severe lightning in which case drive through options are available. The zoo is wheelchair accessible with ramps for those with mobility needs. Guests should plan for occasional weather conditions since some animals may be wet.
