Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup in Guangzhou, followed by a comfortable transfer to board a 6-hour bullet train heading toward Zhangjiajie. As the urban skyline fades into the distance, the journey transitions into dramatic mountain scenery, setting the tone for an unforgettable exploration of China’s most iconic natural landscapes.

Upon arrival, you’ll check in near the Wulingyuan Scenic Area before heading straight into Zhangjiajie National Park. One of the highlights is the renowned Bailong Elevator, a towering glass lift that takes you up to the Yuanjiajie summit, where breathtaking sandstone pillars rise through the mist—landscapes famously linked to the inspiration behind the movie Avatar. From here, continue to Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve for sweeping panoramic views, and explore the Shilihualang (Ten-Mile Gallery), a scenic valley framed by unique rock formations and lush greenery.

The journey continues to Tianmen Mountain, where you can experience one of the world’s longest cable car rides and walk along the thrilling glass skywalk suspended over steep cliffs. Each viewpoint offers a dramatic perspective of the surrounding karst landscapes, combining natural beauty with a touch of adrenaline.

From the mountains, you’ll travel by road to the historic Fenghuang Old Town, a beautifully preserved riverside settlement known for its traditional wooden stilt houses and glowing lantern-lit evenings. Here, you’ll have free time to wander along the Tuo River, explore narrow streets, and experience the town’s atmospheric nightlife.

On the final leg of the journey, you’ll transfer to Huaihua or Changsha to board a bullet train back to Guangzhou. Upon arrival, a transfer will take you to your hotel, marking the end of a scenic and culturally rich multi-day adventure through some of China’s most spectacular landscapes.
