Fabulous ride, great captain and guide. We sat in the middle towards the font and the view when whale watching was the only downside (looking through people) but the view of the coast and caves was great and the ride was smoother but still an adventure. I’d recommend this to any family with adventurous kids 12+ (might be long for the weenies or the very young)
Mack & Cassie made the morning experience one to remember! Having the all female crew was amazing! They were very experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating! This small-business (only 7 employees!!) knows what they are doing!!! We are so grateful we booked our Na Pali experience with them over a corporate-y business. The views were breathtaking and core memories were made with all the wildlife and adventure. Couldn’t recommend them more as the BEST for your experience while on Kauai!!
I highly recommend Na Pali Riders. I’ve booked with them twice over the past two years and just booked an excursion for my mom as well. They are a locally owned, husband-and-wife–run business—not a large travel agency. What truly sold me and keeps me coming back is how genuinely good they seem as people. At one point, the male owner had an opportunity to speak negatively about a competitor after someone mentioned a poor experience, but instead he chose to compliment that company. That integrity really stood out to me and made me want to support them again and again. They also make sure to stop and turn around for dolphins to make sure you get to see them!
