Probably one of the best gym experiences I’ve had in a long time. The coaches are highly skilled, encouraging, and easy to approach, and the classes are great. Starting somewhere new can be intimidating, but the team make it feel easy and clear from day one. I asked plenty of questions and was met with patience and clear explanations. The members are also really sound, which adds to the overall atmosphere. A genuinely solid place to train.

I always struggled to stay consistent, but everything changed when I joined this one. Since June, I haven’t missed a single class! The atmosphere, the energy, and the way the sessions are run make me actually look forward to going every time. For the first time, working out feels natural and enjoyable, and I can already see the difference it’s making. Highly recommend to anyone who has struggled to stay motivated! All staff members ara amazing and super helpful and always there for me . I can’t believe how much exercises i was doing wrong in different gyms .Only here Back 2 Basics-caring staff helped me so much to improve. 🫶 my hardest class is work for me because is cardio class and im so bad at it , only because of Lisa cuz suits me that time i go to this class she is little Fire 🔥 and her laugh is so contagious 🤣 Well done guys you make my life so much better i start to believe in my self again. 🫶
Went here to get physio treatment from Andrew Shanahan after having a knee replacement operation. His place is inside Back2Basics which is such a positive and uplifting gym. The minute you enter the building, someone greets you warmly and makes you feel like you want to be there. My daughter is a member on the Gym and is the reason I went to Andrew for physio in the first place. He is a brilliant physio and also a warm and caring person that always puts you first. Cannot speak highly enough about him and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Brilliant Gym and Physio.
