Definitely worth the money but don't purchase 5 routes for the 24hr ticket as they only go between 9.30am and between 4-5pm so you won't have time for all routes (one of which is a day trip). The audio on the green route kept repeating which was a little annoying. The "guide" was a recording. No live guide there.
Booked a trip on one of these boats last week and when it turned up at the pier the 4 of us in the group looked at each other in shock.It wasnt what we expected at all.It was very small and flimsy looking.I have some health issues and struggle with toilet access.We decided against taking the trip and asked the rep about cancelling and getting a rebate only to be told in a very rude reply 'no refunds'.I explained our issues but still was told "you should have watched the video on booking". Also the 'no refunds' written on the reciept was in Portuguese and were English.Very disappointed with the lack of empathy from the staff .Dont use Lisboat if you want a relaxing boat cruise ,use FRS cruises instead.Much more modern vessels and we had a great trip with them.
Two days ago, I had one of the best activities in Europe! I watched the sunset with an amazing crew by leading with Captain Miguel, a great DJ & a lovely team. Even though the weather was a bit windy it was absolutely worth it. If you visit Lisbon don’t miss this experience
