Customer Reviews
Booked an apartment through them in Lagos, Algarve. The apartment was not as advertised, broken lifts, graffiti , filthy, bad smell, stained bed cloths etc, we had to find other accommodation at considerable hassle and expense. Holiayshomesdirect washed their hands of any responsibility for falsely advertising the property , and directed under terms and conditions to resolve with landlord directly which didn’t work out ! Avoid.
Dealing with Direct Homes was super and mannerly and highly efficient. The Villa we stayed in was exactly as presented on the Website. The villa was spotlessly clean, gardens manicured and cleaners called every few days for a full cleaning on the entire villa. Great Villa, Great Agency to deal with. We will sue their services again.
