We thoroughly enjoyed our Tuesday and Thursday tours. Our tour guide, Robert, was so kind, friendly and sensitive to our needs. He demonstrated great knowledge of Sao Miguel and shared this information with us in a delightful way. He was always eager to answer our many questions. Lunch was included in each tour and it definitely was delicious. Robert was excellent at interacting with each of the passengers and always remembered our names. I've booked three tours as a solo traveller via Sao Miguel-tours: the Nordeste, Furnas and Cete Cidades tour. For all three of them I had the pleasure of having Jake as my guide. They try to give you the same guide during the trips you've booked and pick you up right at your hotel. Lunch (+ wine & water ) was included on all the day trips I've done. Big shout out to Jake though, he brings you to the best spots and is for sure a perfect representative for the Azores and Sao Miguel-island. Would recommend 100%!

Roberto was a fabulous tour guide. For eight hours he took us on a magnificent tour of this beautiful island. He made the itinerary for us and it truly exceeded our expectations. We were able to see a great many of the island highlights and a couple of hidden gems. There were six in our party and the van was clean, roomy and comfortable. Roberto is a fantastic tour guide. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about the island and knows every corner and gems of the island. This tour was absolutely fabulous! We had Roberto as our tour guide, and he was great! Very knowledgeable and patient when we wanted to look at views for longer. Totally recommend! 10/10 for a day trip in the Azores
