To say the least: save your time and take a tour around the beach instead. We took the sunset trip 90mins - very slow and cause a lot of dizziness.. they keep packing the boat with people and try to sell as many tickets as possible. We were promised “options” of welcoming drinks but all they offered was Fanta, Champagne or water. The lady at the ticket office didn’t tell us that the net seats are sold out until she cashed in the ticket price. All in all, save your €25 for something else.
Appart from the desk staff who was welcoming, the on-boarding staff wasn't, departure was 10mns late, arrival 5mns in advance, just went out of the industrial port, +/- 2 or 3 nautic miles away at the most, no comments from guide appart from the swimming security indications, then we turned back. The catamaran didn't deploy not one of its sails unlike your advertisements, just used the diesel motors all the way. Your advertisement is misleading, if you're not willing to give a sailing experience to customers for whatever excuses, then indicate it so, instead of pretending otherwise. We chose your boat for the sailing, had we used others without sails, we wouldn't have experienced any difference & it would have possibly be even better with a more welcoming navigation staff. So, yes, it wasn't very expensive but don't propose something you cannot deliver at that price if you're not able to & don't mislead customers, especially when so close to the industrial port. We won't recommend !
We booked through GetYourGuide for 5:30pm however I asked to reschedule the tour to an earlier time slot and the staff were very accommodating no questions asked. The tour started on time and lasted for an hour. We had a great time the scenes were lovely. There was enough room to get scenic pictures and there is a drinks bar on board which was affordable. If there is room you can purchase the netting seating onboard.
