Rafael was professional, respectful, and true to his word. It's clear he's a person with a lot of experience. He was very good to us. He rented us a sailboat that was immaculate, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I will not rent a boat with Yates Azmiut again. Rafa, the person who served us, had a curt and unfriendly attitude from the very beginning. He made us feel like he was upset that we had rented the boat. He didn't help us get on the boat. We had problems returning the boat due to the time of day, despite having a WhatsApp message stating we could return the boat at 7:00 PM. He argued with us because he wanted to return it at 6:00 PM. We docked the boat where he indicated, and the boat was about 1 meter from the dock, making it dangerous to get off. He left us alone there, and we had to figure out how to get off. He deducted €90 from our deposit for a broken light without showing us any receipt. He tried to deduct another €90 for cleaning, even though in a previous conversation he had told us nothing needed to be cleaned. The overall feeling is one of poor management and a lack of professionalism in the service. On the positive side, it must be said that the boat was in good condition and fairly clean, although not spotless.

Not even 1 star! I refuse! But if I don't put the 1 star I cannot post the review!!! Appalling service from this Rafa man. Grumpy on arrival and downright rude upon arrival. Screaming like a fishwife telling us we should have given the boat back at 6 not having notified ANY of us. He offered no help getting the boat in and we struggled to get off. The bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time yet he said we should pay 90 euros for cleaning. He then claimed we broke a light and charged 90 euros without ever presenting a bill. He took a full week to return the security deposit. Unacceptable! There was nothing in writing to support all his allegations regarding return time, cleaning, etc. Just poor service from start to finish. This is the reason his boats are cheaper than others. Stay well away from Rafa!!!!!
