Outstanding experience, staff is remarkable, in particular Santa himself is just incredible, and a young lady who was an elf in santas house was absolutely brilliant and so accommodating, she even delivered personal message to santa to pass it on to my daughter, this really made the experience unforgettable. Thats our 4th time and we will certainly come back. Thank you very much once again.

The pricing is getting out of hand. It’s already high enough to pay for a pitch but then pretty much everything is extra. The outdoor mini golf is now either gone or under construction, the new indoor mini golf is madness at €36 for a family of four for a little over half an hour. Staff really lacked enthusiasm this time. We have been three times and sorry to say it will be the last. I am aware the cost of everything has increased but some of the activities are kinda crazy really for what you get out of them. I love the concept of it but it’s just too much. We had family down with us last time and they stayed in the lodges. I mean there isn’t even bedding or anything at all supplied in something that’s not far off the price of a hotel room. This is definitely an alternative to camping anyway. Disappointed with it really.

An amazing campsite, pitches are excellent, hard standing and grass for caravan and awning. All pitches have EHU and water services. Great amenities, loads for the kids to do, very well kept and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fab weekend in one of the lodges in September- great if you aren't a camper! We LOVED the obstacle course on the lake (2 adults and a 7 yr old) despite a bit of rain. Kids also loved the tube slide. The ladies working in the take away are brilliant- so helpful and caring when a little one had a fall. The Asian food on the restaurant menu was particularly good. Our only suggestion would be to have proper coffee available earlier than 9am on site for those with small early risers ( although there is a shop just down the road from the campsite).

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 7th birthday at the Hidden Valley Soft Play area and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled beautifully. We had a private booking for 2 hours, which gave the kids plenty of space to enjoy the excellent soft play facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel very safe and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The food options for kids were great – lots of choice and good quality. We also really appreciated the option to take away any unfinished kids’ meals, which was a thoughtful touch that parents will definitely value. The only small downside was that the space felt a bit too warm – we weren’t sure if the air conditioning was working properly. However, that was a minor issue in what was otherwise an amazing party experience. Highly recommended for birthday parties or a fun day out – we’ll definitely be back!
