Immerse yourself in the heart of the Walpole Wilderness on the Walpole Wilderness Weekender, a two-day adventure combining mountain biking, packrafting, camping, and hiking for a truly unique experience. Day one begins in the legendary Valley of the Giants, where you will ride through ancient tingle forests on a scenic mountain bike trail that leads to the pristine waters of Kwakoorillup. Pause for a riverside lunch before trading wheels for water, paddling along the calm river to Monastery Landing, a site rich in history and quiet magic. Here, you will set up camp, enjoy a delicious meal, and relax under towering karri and tingle trees as the sun sets, with the perfect opportunity to gaze at the stars or enjoy a night swim.
Day two starts with sunrise coffee in the forest, followed by packing up camp and hiking along the stunning Bibbulmun Track. Wander through some of the region’s most beautiful trails, fully immersing yourself in the wilderness and finishing the journey in Walpole. This fully guided adventure includes all equipment and meals, offering a chance to connect deeply with nature, appreciate the region’s biodiversity, and create unforgettable memories.
