Iris and Onur really did a great job at informing us about Auroras, Kiruna and any other questions we asked as the night evolved. We got into a cabin which allowed us to keep warm(er) by the fire as temperatures hit -25 while Iris remained outside keeping an eye out for aurora activity. we managed to see auroras and get great pictures sent back to us. All in all, would 100% recommend going with them ☺️
We had an unforgettable northern lights experience thanks to Onur and his wife at Lights of Vikings. Their enthusiasm and dedication were truly exceptional. We stayed out very late into the night, and they never once rushed us or lost energy. They shared so much fascinating information about the aurora and the surrounding nature, and when the lights finally appeared, they helped everyone capture fantastic photos. We drove toward Abisko and waited patiently in a cozy cabin in nearly –20°C, fully equipped with provided overalls, which made a huge difference. The group itself was friendly and relaxed, and the small touches—cookies and warm lingonberry juice—were very much appreciated. We didn’t head back until everyone was completely satisfied and had taken as many photos as they wanted. A magical night, made even better by hosts who were genuinely committed to making it special for everyone. Highly recommended!
