We just did the Silfra snorkeling with our guide Abbie. She was so funny, helpful and knowledgeable. What a unique trip to swim there. Don't kid yourself, it is freakin' cold. The equipment was in good condition and the hot chocolate at the end felt sooo good. The visibility is insane. It is absolutely amazing to witness this. You might even forget about the cold a little bit while you marvel at the sight. Abbie was amazing throughout the whole process of gearing up, safety briefing, snorkeling, taking pictures and getting that hot chocolate ready. Thank you for a fantastic day! 🤩

Snorkelling at Silfra was incredible! The water was crystal clear, and swimming between the tectonic plates felt like something out of a movie. Our guide, Vicky, was amazing - super friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave us hot chocolate and a chocolate bar after the snorkelling, and made sure my wife, who didn’t snorkel, got one too. Such a thoughtful touch! :) I’d definitely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland. Amazing experience throughout!

We had the pleasure of doing a Silfra snorkeling tour with Augustine as our guide. He was super experienced and capable and did a great job of preparing us for our swim. I Felt really safe going out into the unknown with him and I knew he would have my back if I needed him. He helped me to be a better snorkeler too. We watched him helping other people who weren’t even in our group. As for the snorkeling, it exceeded expectations. The water is so clear and the moss that grows on the rocks is mesmerizing. It’s crazy how deep down you can see. Clearest water of my life! We managed to spot an Artic Char and everyone in our group did really well. You could see how it’s not for everyone, but if you’re adventurous get out there!!

This was our second tour with Troll Tours in less than a year, and once again they exceeded our expectations! We had the pleasure of exploring the Snæfellsnes Peninsula with our guide Karina, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the history, geology, and folklore of the area, but she also had such a warm, fun personality that made the day truly special. The scenery was breathtaking—dramatic coastlines, charming fishing villages, lava fields, and of course, the stunning Snæfellsjökull glacier. Karina made sure we experienced it all while also giving us the perfect balance of guided insights and free time to enjoy the beauty around us. What makes Troll Tours stand out is their personal touch—you never feel rushed, and every detail is taken care of so you can just relax and enjoy the journey. We couldn’t recommend them enough. If you want to experience Iceland in an unforgettable way, Troll Tours is the way to go. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure with them!

So fun ! Our guide was so nice he helped with putting on the 2 suits, gave us some fun facts, and even gave us hot chocolate and a chocolate bar after. What you wear to the meeting point is what you wear under the suit. I would recommend a base layer for pants and long sleeve base layer and warm socks. Maybe it said this in the get your guide booking but I must’ve missed it. We waited a little bit to get into the water due to other groups going but that’s no one’s fault. The water was really cold but you get used to it. The suits are pretty tight but that’s to keep the cold water out. Make sure to drink the water it was delicious ! At the end you get some free time to explore on your own which is also cool. This is the most unique tour I’ve done while traveling. Would definitely recommend
