Mike engages everyone in the group and personalizes all his tours to where his crowd is from. We got to see a lot more of Copenhagen with Mike than we would have without the tour. He provides a lot of history of Copenhagen and presents it in a fun non-boring history teacher way! The biking was easy to manage in a big group. We went late morning on a Sunday and it was perfect without all the crowds.
The bikes with Mike tour was amazing, a 3 hour trip throughout beautiful Copenhagen. Has multiple stops with interesting history and current events. Tom or guide made the trip fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour.
I personally loved the tour, though I can understand how this tour isn’t for everyone. You MUST be comfortable on a bike if you’re going to take this tour!! He doesn’t take a lot of time to explain bike safety, so know what you should and shouldn’t do on a bike if you take it. Mike is a closer talker and will slap ya lightly on the back when he makes jokes. I know that can make some people uncomfortable but I didn’t find anything he did to be inappropriate. Maybe consider another option if you have a problem with that. I found the tour really fun and I learned a lot. I’d suggest doing this at the beginning of your trip so you can figure out where you’d like to spend more time while you’re in the city.
