Fien was an outstanding host, for our cycling tour!! She talked us through the route first, using a map, and explained everything we needed to know about cycling in Denmark (it's easy, but good to know the rules). We then set off, on correctly sized bikes for each rider, and Fien took care of everything. She ensured that we always knew where to go, and stayed together as a group. The stops, and explanations were extremely interesting, and we got some great recommendations for our stay! I would not hesitate to recommend Fien's cycling tours with Tropical Bikes 🚲 The best way to see Copenhagen, hands down!!
Perfect way to explore the City of Copenhagen. Tropical Bikes were very professional and our guide, Simona, was brilliant. She was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable regarding the history of Copenhagen, she made the experience memorable.
The Highlights tour was amazing because of our guide Dominique! I travel a lot and do bike tours in almost every city I go to.This was by far one of the best tours I’ve done.. The stops were typical places you’d want to see in Copenhagen - you could’ve done any of these on your own. What made it so special was Dominique‘s way of explaining the site and then tell you one or more stories about that location. She also talked about the places around that spot where we stopped. She made sure we all stay together, and if we got separated by a light, she would stop to make sure we all made it. The bikes were all in good shape. One thing to note though is its back pedal brakes for the rear wheel. It’s like my Huffy bike when I was five. It takes a bit to adjust, but it’s not that difficult as we don’t go that fast. I’m not sure if all the guides are like Dominique - but this company is top notch and I would say don’t miss taking this highlights tour
