Highly recommended! Easy online ordering and great communication. Surprised a friend for her birthday and Ali'i handled everything. I was not on the trip, so I didn't get to see the leis in person but saw the photo from my friend and they were beautiful! Support local!

Highly overpriced, really no presentation, just a guy with a sign and here are your leis and he put it over our heads. The kukui nut necklace can be bought at any store for a small fraction of what we paid. Had I known how many leis were were going to get on this trip (check-in at hotels, check-in at luaus, etc) I would not have purchased this service for my family. The flower leis were pretty though. Still not sure they were worth the price. My advice, skip this extremely expensive service.

We loved our lei greeting at the Maui airport! My daughters were so surprised to see their name on the placard! The young men who greeted us were very friendly, helpful and professional. I had emailed Ali'i Greeting Service before booking and they got right back to me to answer my questions. Recommend 100%!

WOW!!! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ali’i greeting service! We got off the plane and I was wondering if they would be there or if I would have to hunt them down. No. They sent me a text on my phone after landing and told me EXACTLY where they were and they’d be there- at the bottom of the escalator. I was soooo relieved because it was an experience I was really excited for. We had a long flight and were a little delayed in getting to the escalator. Once there, sure enough there was Bridgett with Ali’i greeting service in a beautiful and classic Hawaiian dress with leis in hand with a beautiful smile and an incredibly warm welcome ready to greet us— tired, stressed, and confused travelers. She put on our leis and my husband and two friends were completely shocked and on awe about the experience. They had no idea about this Hawaiian surprise. It’s just what we needed after a long flight from the mainland! She took pictures, and gave us very helpful information and suggestions on how to get our rental car and where to eat since we were very hungry. It couldn’t have been better! If anyone would like to try this service, I HIGHLY recommend them! It was an absolute privilege and honor to receive a lei from them. Mahalo!!

100% recommend Ali’i Greeting Service! We had a wonderful experience with Bridgett. Our flight was delayed and she was very patient and had great communication with me while waiting on us. We were spent from travel errors and she made everything great again. The lei was fresh and absolutely gorgeous! Bridgett was kind and took our picture as well. She is one of a kind.
