From the beginning to the end, eveything went smoothly! Waheed and Karim (the drivers) were very kind. I felt safe and looked after very well. My guide Khalil was also very kind and told me lots and lots about the egyptian history of all the sights we went too. All in all it was a very lovely day, a great tour and amazing lunch.

We had a wonderful day trip to the pyramids and the new Egyptian Museum in Giza. Our guide Samy was very knowledgeable and prepared, and also very friendly. Private taxi arrived under our hotel and stayed with us all day, so the empty times as little as possible. Also lunch was included and the restaurant chosen by the agency was very good and included in the price of the tour. Absolutely recommended.

On the 3th of November we took a guided tour to Luxor from Hurghada. Everything was perfect! Dahab and Hamada were excellent drivers. The made us feel comfortable and were very friendly. In Luxor, Khalid showed us several higlights, such as the Karnak Temple and the valley of the kings. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took good care of us. The lunch afterwards was very delicious. Thank you all for your kindness. We highly recommend booking a trip with Marsa Alam tours.

Booked two snorkeling trips with Marsa Alam Tours and was disappointed overall. The booking process was confusing and slow, with incorrect prices on the website and extra transfer costs not mentioned upfront. Communication was poor — very quick when it came to payment, but not for actual trip details. For the Orange Bay trip, pick-up time was wrong and messages were ignored. The boat and guides were nice, but the trip is more about taking Instagram pictures than snorkeling. The Sharm El Naga tour was also disappointing. Misleading description — no turtles, and sea cows don’t live there. It’s not a boat trip, just a small beach with broken sunbeds and guards shouting if you swim too far. The guide barely paid attention and mainly focused on selling GoPro pictures. Definitely not worth the price.
