It’s a good boat ride experience but the whole trip takes over 4 hours. They made us wait every step of the way and there are multiple transport changes until you get on the boat (5 including the boat). That means 10 transport changes round trip and it’s simply exhausting to keep waiting. Basically until a bus, car, trolley, jeep or whatever is not full, they will not move. They promise they run every 10 minutes but that is one big fat lies. And they also promise that the whole tour lasts two hours, another complete lie. The whole thing is very disorganized. Sometimes there are people waiting and don’t know where to go. Yes the actual boat experience is great but it’s questionable if it’s worth the 4 hours to do it.

One of the real wonders in this world.Do visit and captivate its stunning beauty. The boat ride to the water fall is a must do.Be prepared to get wet.Do get plastic cover fr yr cell phone. Do not use shoes unless you are willing to dry them up later. Truly recommended.

It's very nice to get on the water and see the falls from this angle, but it seems that the prime objective is to soak the passengers. The driver goes out of his way to park the boat under a fall from every angle. Beautiful views and well organized but a little pricey.
