As guests from Copacabana Palace for more than twenty years, I was able to convince my husband to fly to Foz do Iguaçu and stay in Cataratas Hotel. Since the hotel belongs to the same chain. He was excited about the trip. A wonderful one… It started with the check in done by Douglas. A charming, polite, kind and very competent young man who took the time to explain and show everything regarding the hotel and surroundings. Then the service at the restaurant: Claudiano Clodoilson Mario Pedro Clodoaldo Carlos at the pool service, very kind, polite and helpful. The ladies from the he house keeping were amazing: Pricilla, Jonice de Jesus & Vivian (not sure about the names) But they are the ladies who did the downtime for our room. They were very attentive to every single details. Just an example: a cell phone charger cable would be tied with rose ribbon. They were responsible for a clean and neat room. Not forgetting Alex from the shuttle bus at 7 am. Very kind and knowledgeable. Many thanks for the incredible stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is exceptional and so special, you have private access to the falls trails after 5pm for sunset, from check-in which was a breeze, everyone speaks english which is extremely rare in Brazil, they facilitated early check in for us. The hotel is simply so beautiful, clean, well kept and luxurious, the service was BEYOND incredible, everyone read our minds before we even made a request, from the concierge, front desk, spa (best deep tissue massage), excursions, the food, breakfast, dinner, drinks, just amazing. Even on check-out they facilitated a late checkout at 5pm for free! Highly recommend everyone to go and experience this special hotel.

This stunning hotel is on the Brazilian side of the Falls, and within the National Park. It’s a privilege to be able to walk around the Falls before the Park opens or after it closes, and it’s the only way to see them at sunrise/sunset. The hotel and staff are fabulous, with beautifully appointed rooms. The bar and restaurants are equally lovely, as are the grounds. The breakfast buffet selection is outstanding. This place is truly faultless.

Wow—what an excellent experience! Every staff member we encountered, from the front gate and front desk to the concierge, room service, restaurant team, and transportation staff, truly deserves 5 stars. The service was outstanding across the board, with friendly smiles and great attention to detail. The property itself is beautiful, and my wife and I felt welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The place is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and the service was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel special, welcome, and took care of everything we needed. The concierge handled all our excursions and made everything so easy. The restaurants were amazing and we always left feeling satisfied. If I had to complain, it’s that they don’t seem to have more stuff with their awesome logo. But hey, if you’re planning to visit the falls, this is the only place to stay. Oh, and Edgar and Andre were amazing guides! They both had so much knowledge and information about the park.
