She guided us smoothly through security and positioned us at the railing so we were just feet from Pope Leo, even allowing us to take a photo with him. She also helped us get Mass tickets that evening, where we again sat just feet away at St. Peter’s Basilica. At 63 years old, this was the best Mass and tour experience of my life. Because of Rossana, our Rome trip was the best vacation ever. Highly recommend!

Rosanna the Tour Guide was excellent! She made sure we got a prime location to see the Pope. He drove right past literally in front us. She made sure we were always okay and even organised tickets for Papal events with Pope on New Year’s Eve for some fellow tour groupers. Thank you Rosanna.

We enjoyed this tour and our tour guide. We got very good seats to choose from and had front row at the barricade where the Pope came by in the Pope mobile. We got up close video and pics and the Pope acknowledged me as I yelled out to him and where we were from.

Our guide, Daniella, was excellent. She provided indepth historical background on the formation of the Vatican state, the Pope responsible for initiating the building of St. Peter's Basilica, artworks of Michelangelo and options available to visit St. Peter's, the burial areas of the popes, the Dome and Sistine Chapel. w We arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes early and there was a huge throng of people waiting to check in (this was New Year's Eve). I felt like we should have arrived 45 minutes early.
