Check-in at the office provides ample time for guests to prepare for their adventure. During this process, each group is assigned a shuttle vehicle to follow to the river, helping coordinate transportation and ensuring a structured and efficient start to the experience.
On the day of the trip, guests load their belongings into the shuttle before being transported to the river launch point. After floating downstream, they return to their vehicle at the landing. A small deposit is required to confirm participation and ensure proper trip completion. Guests are also advised to bring a secure method for their keys, as office storage is not available.
