Customer Reviews
Service, communication and shipping was tremendous! Ordered on a Monday morning and a truck delivered it Wednesday morning. What a great Christmas present for the whole family it was. Thank you again!!
Awesome customer services! I ordered the wrong pad by mistake and I was able to send in a message through their website. I quickly got a personal response from their customer service department. Very help information was provided as well as options. I was very thankful for the quick response and the options provided for after my mistake. I was able to get the correct pad ordered and shipped out when I needed it. THANK YOU
I had a great experience purchasing an Aqua Lily Pad as a gift for my mom. Shipping was delayed due to COVID but I was kept in the loop and once the pad shipped out we had it in under 48 hours. When our pad came it had a minor rip in it, so I contacted ALP and they quickly resolved the issue. I heard back almost immediately and was given the option to send the pad back (at no expense to myself) and replace the pad with a new one or get a free repair kit and wireless speaker for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend ALP for their awesome products and great customer service.
