I visited the Kildare Village store last night (10th December, 6.30pm approx ) and purchased some earrings as a present. Prices were very reasonable, but a special mention to the member of staff who served me- she was so lovely and helpful. I didn't get her name, but it was a pleasure to meet someone so friendly and enthusiastic about their job.
I made some online purchases via WhatsApp and I’m immensely happy about their service. Elaine and her colleagues guided me to finalise my purchase of the watches, they were very patient and responsive to all my questions. Online purchases are not the best idea, however, they gave me the feel I was in the shop by displaying it well on pictures. Thanks so much for the patience and for helping me through my purchase.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Fossil store in Kildare today. I purchased watches and requested engraving, but they engraved it incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member showed a very unprofessional and dismissive attitude, as if I was complaining for no reason. Later, when I asked for a bag, they gave it to me but then questioned me, “Did you pay for the bag?” without even checking my receipt. It felt rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I was expecting better customer service from a brand like Fossil. This experience really spoiled my visit, and I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff to treat customers with basic courtesy. Thanks
