Got the new 25/26 shirt from here, they personalised it for twenty euro extra. It only took about 10min and the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Tell you what, two very different customer experiences. Got bullshitted to by one of the floor staff (only takes 20mins to customize a jersey- cause they didn't have a listed player jersey available), then at register - no, it's 60mins. Came back 60mins later, queued, waited and then sent upstairs. Amazing lad upstairs points out that I didn't have the right receipt (never provided by register operator), so amazing lad does it on the spot. Thank you upstairs team. Very poor service at the ground level. Go elsewhere

Yesterday my niece and I went to buy an expensive T-Shirt as Christmas is arround the corner. My little niece asked for a photo holding a Champions Trophy. We were shoked when a shop assistant, quite rude said we should pay 30 € more for the pic. My niece is a well educated girl and insisted in leaving the store without a photo. We felt disappointed. Just wanted to share that feeling.
