Pior experiência que já tivemos, meu filho fez aniversário hoje pediu para vir e não gostou, só ficamos por que já havíamos pago, se tivesse que pagar na hora, já teríamos ido embora. Chegamos 30 minutos antes, pedi bebidas e porção até dar o horário e fomos informados que a cozinha estava fechada e só abrimos as 17hs, que era o nosso horário. A única coisa boa que teve foi o Tio Pipa

Sábado jogado no lixo. Você compra o ingresso com antecedência e horário marcado, mas é tão lotado que a experiência fica péssima. E deveriam cobrar só das crianças porque adulto não consegue aproveitar. E ainda corre o risco de ser acusado de furar a fila pra jogar com o filho... Fuja!

Comemoramos o aniversário do meu filho com alguns poucos amigos e foi bom!! Eles amaram. O Tio Pipa é muito bom!! Ele é muito divertido, animado e super agita as crianças! A opção de fazer aniversário com a casa aberta é ótima! Tivemos uma experiência muito boa!!

Inicialmente tive um problema de um agendamento que deu errado, o que achei meio falta de organização do lugar, bem, realmente não deixou de ser. Mas a equipe entrou em contato comigo, se desculpou e agendou uma nova data para poder visita ao lugar. O lugar é muito bonito e muito legal, os brinquedos são super bacanas de brincas, não só para as crianças. Mas o diferencial do lugar são os colaboradores, nossa, que atendimento excelente de todos os monitores que ficam cuidando dos brinquedos que as crianças brincam…. O pessoal é bem ativo, interagem com a criançada e brincam junto, realmente um atendimento super diferenciado…. Sabe aquele lugar que o pessoal tá trabalhando com um sorriso no rosto ? Pois é, aqui é assim, realmente essa experiência é atendimento compensou todo o transtorno que tive com o problema do agendamento. A comida que o pessoal faz (lanches, batatas, etc). Tudo realmente gostoso, não é aquele lanche fake que vc só come por estar com fome, é aquele negócio que vc come e tem vontade de comer mais. Enfim… lugar excelente (precisa só dar uma ajustadinha nessa coisa da reserva rsrsrs). Com certeza é um lugar bem legal pra trazer os filhos ou fazer uma festa de aniversário… Parabéns a toda equipe, muito bom o ambiente.
