I took the Schindler's factory guided tour with See Krakow, which I pre-booked on headout.com on 30 Dec 2025. The activity was poorly organized and I can see a lot of people who have pre-booked the tour waiting for more than 2 hours for the guide. The crew on ground were neither supportive nor provided any information other than blunt response of either take the ticket for self tour or wait indefinitely for the guide. A lot of people had to choose self tour inspite of paying for a higher priced guided tour with no refund offered. At 170 PLN the tour itself is quite expensive and hastily paced. I would suggest people looking to visit this museum to purchase tickets from official website (40-50 PLN) and do a self guided tour at their own pace.

This was a really great tour. Our tour guide was EXCELLENT. The pace was good, and information given to prepare was great. This is, of course, a difficult tour for most people to do emotionally, but the tour and guide made it very worthwhile. Also, I appreciated her reiterating the solemnity of some sacred spaces there, asking people not to take selfies, etc. Very important. I'd highly recommend this tour!

We did two tours with SeeKrakow. The first was the Auschwitz tour, it was really terrible, and the reason for the low score (I'd give it 1 star if it was the only thing I was reviewing). It was so rushed, we didn't get a chance to read anything, we walked past many of the display rooms and didn't get a chance to take photos or even ask questions. If we stopped for a moment to read a memorial or sign, we fell behind and then missed something else. Any member of the group who wasn't walking briskly the whole tour fell behind - this was especially difficult for several older people who had walking aids, many of them just ended up waiting outside the buildings. The second part was Birkenau, where we were given a choice, walk fast and see it or miss parts of it and walk slowly. We chose the walk fast option and we were still only taken to a very small portion of the camp - we could see other tour groups visiting lots of areas we missed. It felt like a mini tour rather than an actual tour. We were really disappointed as it felt like the guide was just trying to get it over with as quickly as possible. In contrast, we went to the salt mines where we had a guide from the mines heading the tour, and not one from SeeKrakow. She was great, she waited for people, gave us info about everything we saw, gave us the opportunity to take photos and look at things for a few minutes. She also repeatedly encouraged us to ask questions, which I doubt the other guide would have appreciated, when her exact words when talking about being quicker at Birkenau were "less talking, more walking" Auschwitz tour barely 1* Salt Mines tour 5*

I had booked the salt mine tour with transfer with this tour company. The pick up time was updated via an email. It was raining on the morning, the driver came early to pick a few of us, which was great as there is no shelter at the meeting point. The pick up, the tour and the dropoff went very well. The salt mine is amazing and educational. Time well spent and lots to see inside the mine. Highly recommended.

Great trip yesterday with SeeKrakow! Had a message the day before with pick up time and location with a map showing us where to go. So helpful as we are tourists. Driver was on time picking us up the mini bus was clean and had aircon! Friendly guy even if there was a slight language barrier he tried his best to talk to everyone. Clear and precise with instructions making sure we were all on time for our tour. Given lanyards to ensure we were all together and they could identify us easily. The Auschwitz guide himself was so emotive and you could tell he was both respectful of the site and knowledgeable of his surroundings. He really made this trip worth while it was heartbreaking to say the least! He also was very clear in his English and would tell us ahead of time where the spots we couldn’t take photos were and would take moments of silence to make sure we took all of it in. Great job from all staff of SeeKrakow and Auschwitz guide!
