Antonio

Very disappointing, for the price paid it is absolutely not worth it 36 euros for 2 adults and 2 children when there are totally free places much, much better... among other things, in addition to the location not being great, the staff, elves and Santa Claus himself are very uninteresting... definitely to be avoided!
Nicole

It's a magic that captivates both adults and children. I felt the warmth of Christmas, and every room was decorated in such a North Pole-esque mood that it was beautiful and natural to smile. The elves guided us through the various rooms, until finally, in a room complete with a throne, there was the big boss: Santa Claus himself. "Beautiful" is an understatement, I highly recommend this experience to everyone, no matter their age. That's the magic of Christmas: it captivates everyone!
Francesca

Unfortunately, Santa's Castle was disappointing. It might be okay for kids: they get to see what kind of elf they are and do a little dance, but nothing more. But for adults, €10 was an even bigger waste; there's really nothing to see.
Stella

The idea is good, but the conclusion leaves much to be desired. The guys are very kind and always smiling. The village halls are nice, but serve no practical purpose. The ticket price is high for what you get.
Pasquale

If I could give zero stars, I would. Montepulciano is fantastic, the markets are very cute, but everything is ruined by Santa's castle. €10 for adults, €8 for children, and it was very poorly made. I was also very happy to see a craftsman create a spinning top. Thinking it was a free gift, after spending €36, he asked me €4 for creating a spinning top from a piece of wood that must have cost the organizers 20 cents. It's a shame that Montepulciano, a fantastic town, is ruined by a very poorly organized castle, with no attractions at all. Disappointed, I strongly advise against it.
