thr entire organization was extremely efficient. our go to person, Lana from Crossing Vietnam tour was amazing. The entire tour used about 10 service providers who were all in sync and punctual, keeping in contact with us the entire tour.

Tour was smooth. Train ride is shaky and a bit hard to sleep so not recommend for hard sleeper. But you save time and can visit more places in Sapa. Very nice and friendly guide. Walked us around the village and showed us the life. Overall a good experience

The trekking was too much for my 82 year old mother. The tour company was very understanding and made alternative arrangements for us.

The whole trip was very well organised from the pick-up at our hotel to the train station and the transfer to the hotel in Sapa. We, as a couple, had paid an extra fee to have the train compartment for four people to ourselves. The overnight train journey in cosy duvets was very comfortable, water and some snacks were provided, wash basins and toilets were clean. The hotel at Sapa was very good with clean and spacious rooms and heating - we travelled at the end of December. The reception area and restaurant were quite chilly, we had to wear an extra jumper to keep warm. All the meals were included and the food was excellent and very tasty. We had a great hike the day we arrived with our guide and free time in the afternoon. Unfortunately the weather changed the next day and we cancelled that hike as we didn't want to walk in the cold rain. I'd love to do the trip again in warmer weather. Highly recommended!

I was coordinating with Lana throughout, who ensured it was a seamless experience. A cab was arranged to pick me up and drop me at the train station. Upon arrival at Gate 2B, I received my boarding pass. Once the gates opened, I headed to my cabin. Traveling solo, I shared the cabin with three other solo travelers. It was a cozy setup, but I noticed options for three-person cabins and even a double-bed cabin, which could be ideal for those with different preferences. From Lao Cai station, an air-conditioned mini-bus transported us to Sapa. I highly recommend opting for the early check-in. After the overnight journey, having a hot shower before heading out for the trek was a blessing. Tip : Please carry enough warm clothes. Temperatures in Sa pa can change suddenly. Also, If you’re carrying a lot of luggage, consider leaving it at your hotel or the tour operator’s office. It’s a common and convenient practice in Hanoi, and people are very accommodating.
