Enzo was very efficient and responsive when I was looking to book transport from the Port of Livorno. He provided suggestions and quick answers to my questions. Enzo was waiting for us with a smile when we debarked our ship in Livorno and instantly put at ease. His vehicle was clean and comfortable and his driving was excellent. Enzo is very knowledgeable about the Tuscany region and provided us with interesting information as he drove. It was obvious from the start that Enzo knew his way around the area very well and was able to take us places before the crowds and knew exactly where to park and what to suggest that we go see. We had a wonderful day in the hands of Enzo, the day with him was a highlight of our trip!!

We booked this tour as a cruise ship excursion alternative. Max was ready at the cruise port with a sign, so easy to find. It was a private van tour, just for our family of three. Max knew the area very well, in fact took a detour when traffic was stopped, so that we didn’t miss our Pisa tour time. He led us in so as to ask any questions in Italian, so that we were led to the proper locations. Our tour time at Pisa though was in our own, separate purchase for tickets in advance. We then went to Florence, again Max shared many details about the history of the areas we were passing along the way. He again walked us to the Museum to see the David statue, ensuring we were in the correct queue. Tour in the museum on our own, also separate ticket purchase in advance. We were hungry by now, so he drove us to a very nice Pizza restaurant and waited for us to eat. Then took us to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and dropped us off for an hour of free time shopping. Excellent!!!
