The gate had the best employees,one Nassir even prayed for us so much and recommended a come back. The guys serving meals oooh they were so so kind. But the people at the reception and standing on the entrance when going to have food goodness they need to take a break or leave they had the worst attitude.

A truly unforgettable getaway! The Great Rift Valley Lodge is a spectacular destination, and the views of Lake Naivasha, Mount Longonot, and the entire Rift Valley are simply breathtaking. It truly is one of humankind's oldest views, as they say. For golfers, the 18-hole championship course is a must-play—challenging, beautifully maintained, and set against scenery you won't find anywhere else. We even saw zebras and warthogs roaming the fairways!

It was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was breathtaking so much greenery. There's deer, zebras and warthhog walking around freely and I loved that.

This one is a difficult place to review. There are so many different elements to consider. The cottage we stayed in had three rooms, a small kitchen, and small living room. The upstairs was cut off and filled with bats. Our fridge was broken and the shower curtain did not reach the floor so water got everywhere. Our bed was, unfortunately, the most uncomfortable bed we have stayed on in our 3+ years of staying in Kenya. The kitchen was not well provided for. We did like the living room space. The resort itself is spread out. Though the pool claims to be heated, it really isn’t. The kiddie pool has some heat but by the time it hits the deeper sections it is quite cold. It’s also wasn’t included in our stay 🤦♂️ Food and drink service was nice but took a long time. The dinner buffet is way over priced. The staff there were nice but the buffet is not worth the cost at all. Everything is over priced here. We were surprised they didn’t charge us to enter and exit through the gate 😂

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and eager to assist. They made us feel valued and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was flawless. A special shout-out to Purity, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay! Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. She checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. It’s rare to come across such dedication and hospitality... Purity truly embodies the spirit of excellent service. The food was another highlight, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The buffet had a great variety, and each meal felt like a treat. Whether enjoying breakfast on the terrace or dinner by the cozy fireplace, the dining experience was always delightful. From the scenic golf course to the relaxing evening walks and the warm smiles from the staff, everything about the Great Rift Valley Lodge exceeded our expectations. It’s a place that perfectly balances nature, comfort, and world-class service. We left with our hearts full and memories that will last a lifetime. Definitely coming again!
