THEY STOLE $300 FROM US! Paid in FULL for a bday photoshoot, service provider sent edited images TEN DAYS after photos were taken - by then bday trip was long completed. We rejected the photos and was offered a REFUND which we agreed to. Three weeks later still NO refund and service provider is no longer responding. We’re now out $300. I would encourage you to AVOID this service provider at all costs!!
We completed our Clear Kayak photoshoot on November 7th as part of a birthday trip, with a promise to receive edited photos within 48 hours. We paid $300 USD cash for two people. Despite multiple follow-ups, we were repeatedly told that our photos would be sent “tomorrow” — yet nothing ever arrived. After 10 days of waiting and receiving no images, we requested a refund. The service provider agreed to issue the refund, but immediately afterward stopped responding and has since ghosted us completely. I also sent a PayPal payment request, which remains ignored. It has now been 17 days since the photoshoot and one week since the refund was promised. We are still owed $250 USD (requesting partial refund). I highly recommend avoiding this service provider. Tourists / buyer beware. Update: Nov 27 - still no refund or response from this service provider
Me and my friend booked the bestie package. We were in the DR for vacation but also to celebrate my birthday. I am so happy we booked this shoot because the photos and videos came out soooo nice! The girl who took our photos/ videos was the sweetest and beautiful btw. The guy who held on to the kayak so you wouldn’t be flipped by the waves was nice and helpful. I got to enjoy my first real coconut water after the shoot. 10 out of 10 for sure! They even posted my photos on their Instagram page 🩵 If you are looking for a kayak photoshoot in Punta Canta, you definitely want to book here, they are truly amazing 🤗
