The experience operates according to weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If flying conditions are unsuitable, the helicopter flight may be rescheduled for the following morning whenever possible. The package is unavailable during the peak holiday period from December 16 through December 31. While the dinner is included, beverages and additional menu selections beyond the two course meal are available at an extra cost.
Guests are encouraged to wear weather appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear suitable for snowy terrain, sunglasses, and to bring a camera to capture the spectacular scenery. Changes or cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before departure. If adverse weather prevents the helicopter flight from operating, guests are charged only for the dinner portion, ensuring a fair and transparent booking experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
