Wonderful, personal wine tour by our guide Maialen. We tasted the grapes right from the vine. Got heaps of information about winemaking (e.g. the grapes, the process, the cork, the bottles). Taste the wines and we could bring our dog Yuki :) Muchos gracias para todos.
We had a lovely time during the Rioja tour with Maialen ! The tour was very interesting, it was a first to taste the different varieties of grapes and we could enjoy 6 glasses from the house. All unique in terms of taste! And cherries on top - you can bring your dog for the tour 👍
Amazing winery tour! We booked on short notice and found Maialen was very responsive and kind. She was our lovely tour guide at the winery, and she was very thorough and informative in explaining the wine making process from start to finish. We had a wine tasting following the tour of the facilities which was great - Maialen was very knowledgeable and we learnt about how to differentiate between the various Rioja wines. When we were deciding on which bottles to buy and take with us, Maialen was again very helpful and provided so much information for us. We were on the tour alongside three other couples, so it was an intimate experience and we had great chats with the other members of the group, too. Highly recommend this tour with Maialen for anyone looking for a friendly, enjoyable and engaging learning and tasting experience of Rioja wines!
