Embark on a full day trekking adventure to the summit of Mount Batur in Bali and witness a spectacular sunrise from the top. All participants will gather at the designated meeting point near Lake Batur where a briefing will be provided before starting the hike. It is important for all hikers to reach the summit before sunrise to fully experience the breathtaking panoramic views. The trekking experience is designed to take approximately three hours from the start to return, providing both challenge and enjoyment for participants of moderate fitness. Upon reaching the car park, a driver and vehicle will be waiting to return guests safely to their hotels. Honest company. The prices are reasonable and include breakfast, transport and gear. The driver and guides are knowledgeable and friendly. Although the mt batur hike wasn’t very challenging, the experience was definitely worth it.

Absolutely amazing experience! Sentana was my driver, he picked me up at 2am in Ubud. He’s very knowledgeable about Batur and looked after our group when we arrived. Our guide Wayan then led us up the mountain. He was very friendly and helpful, taking care of everyone and taking lots of photos for us. We enjoyed banana sandwiches and fruit with a hot drink for breakfast and watched an epic sunrise. I would 100% do this tour again and highly recommend it.

We hiked for about 2 hours with a short break in between. It wasn’t the easiest trek, but absolutely worth it—and there’s also the option to go by car if you prefer. Such a beeaaautiful experience! We went with @cooper_guide based on a friend’s recommendation, and he was incredible—super helpful and an amazing person! You can’t go by yourself on the mountain!

Today I took an amazing sunrise hiking to Mt. Batur with Hot Spring bath combo. My driver was Mel and she was very nice to me and on the way explained a lot of things. We took of from Ubud around 2:15 a.m. Around 3:15 we came to the base camp and after short break for coffee our hike started. It was very nice experience to hike during the night. After two hours we achied the top, where we had a nice breakfast and waited for sunrise. The view is really amazing. You have to basically see it.After climbing down we went to hot spring bath and also this was a wonderful experience. Both the trip and the driver Mel strongly recommend.
