I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport offers a smooth and pleasant travel experience. The airport is well organized, clean, and beautifully designed with Balinese architectural touches that give a warm welcome to travelers. Immigration and baggage claim were fairly efficient, and staff members were helpful and polite. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and duty-free options inside, making waiting time enjoyable. Clear signboards and good connectivity to taxis and ride services make arrivals and departures convenient. Overall, it’s a well-managed international airport and a great first and last impression of Bali.

A culturally beautiful airport with lots of great options for food, drinks and souvenirs on your way home. We used Grab to get to/from DPS airport, and it's much cheaper than taxi, you can pay with credit card and you know the exact price in advance. Enjoyed a week exploring Bali and getting sunburned at the beaches. What a great place to visit and such kind people and yummy food, with most places being very reasonably priced. I hope to come back and stay longer to see more areas of the island. Definitely recommend a visit here! ✈️🇮🇩💯

I was excited to be back in Bali after my last visit about 10 years ago. I’m so glad the airport was updated to accommodate more travelers. There’s certainly a lot more shopping and dining options in the airport. Immigration clearance was quite smooth as we were able to use the automated gates. I do hope there’s a way to unify the different QR codes that we need to produce while entering the country - Arrival Card, Bali Tax and Visa. Duty free shopping was conveniently located near the baggage claim area. We were able to grab a bottle of liquor each before leaving the airport. Arrival hall was easy to navigate. We were able to locate our guide easily, who led us to our transport. Overall, big improvements and definitely updated airport.

I had a great experience arriving at Bali Airport from Manila! The international terminal is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed with a distinct Balinese charm. The staff were efficient and friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The arrival process, including immigration and baggage claim, was surprisingly fast and well-organized, making for a very smooth transition to my hotel. A top-notch airport that provides a wonderful first impression of the island! Highly recommended.

A great airport experience! Ngurah Rai International Airport is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, from immigration to security. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and souvenir stores to enjoy while waiting for your flight. The traditional Balinese design elements throughout the terminal add a unique cultural touch.
