What a wonderful experience! Was so easy and efficient to book via WhatsApp, and appointments were available when I wanted. The complimentary collection from hotel is a huge bonus. The care was spacious, clean and cool. The driver was polite and helpful. On arrival the reception team were polite and friendly and explained the services available and was able to customise what I wanted. I was able to pay with credit card. I was given a refreshing drink and a cold towel whilst the room was prepared. The treatment itself was provided by therapist Astrid. She was amazing and provided exactly what I wanted. She was able to adjust to preferences. One of the best full body massages I have ever had. Following the massage I was able to shower and relax with a rose tea, before the driver took me back to my hotel. Thank for to the whole team at Calma Spa Bali for an amazing experience, I would very highly recommend!
