We went on this Kajaktour on a sunny Monday and it was an absolute amazing experience. The tour itself was already amazing. We visited the beautiful Amphitheatre of Epidaurus and of course the sunken city, the latter, of course, with diving goggles and a snorkel. The Kajakrides between the locations where incredibly fun, too. But the real highlight of the tour was our guide that was very kind and energising. He gave us many tips for our next day's in Greece, made jokes with us and explained literally everything about the region. Now I can claim to know how olives are harvested and how many random stones are actually ancient pottery shards. The most authentic and fun tour I was ever on, the 75 Euros where definetly worth it!
We booked last minute the night. Fun morning tour with kayaks and snorkeling. George and his dog, Lucy, led the kayak group on a quick tour of the amphitheater and local fruits. We then snorkeled and got to see the underwater villa. Very cool to see! There were jellyfish but they didn’t sting. We then got to try a home cooked meal made by George’s mom of stuffed bell peppers. We tried the same dish since then and George’s mom’s is still the best. George also takes photos for everyone and sends them to you by the end of the day.
Fabulous!. Highly recommended. This is a truly unique experience with a very professional and fun tour guide. Suitable for all ages, we are seniors and managed it all quite easily. John was very knowledgeable and courteous. We loved every bit. The swimming, snorkelling and kayaking, the walking tour and especially the home made lunch. The team went above and beyond to return my reading glasses I left behind by driving them to our accommodation. Thanks again John for a wonderful day.
