Punta Norte is the best wildlife viewing location on the Valdes Peninsula because you are quite close to the sea lions (hundreds) and elephant seals (88 counted). Great for photography. I went at high tide, as recommended by the ranger. I didn't see whales because it was the wrong season. I also visited the other wildlife locations but Punta Norte was the best. If you're short of time, come directly here.

You could see whales, but it doesn't matter if you don't ... plant and Birdlip and that cleansing wind is ministry in itself.

Visited 14/11. Nice views of the surrounding areas and can see the seals from the boardwalk on the beach. We were unlucky not to see orcas as they had sightings on the previous 2 days. The guard was very informative and we enjoyed an hour or two here. It’s a dirt road the majority of the way to get here but fine in a car and you can see other animals along the way (sheep, guanaco, horses, etc…). I would recommend arriving early and having 2 days to explore the peninsular.
Erwin

Great views of the ocean with some nearby short, easy hikes. When I went there were some shedding elephant seals, fur seals, steamer ducks, penguins, petrels, and orcas.
Adam

Nice place, gravel road is quite long, plan accordingly, beautiful scenery, 4 start as not many animals there when we went. Make sure you check in with visitor centre to find out in advance animal activity to go to the best places on valde peninsula
