We took both the peninsula valdes and the Punta Tombo tour with this agency and both are a 5/5!! The tour guide Val for the peninsula tour is great with super helpful information and so much fun! The stops were enough time to enjoy the beautiful vistas and watch the animals for as long as you would want to. The Punto Tombo tour was great too with around 2 hours to spend time with the penguins and they give you two food options to eat. The guide Maricela was also amazing! We even used this company to arrange transport to and from the Trelew airport directly to our hotel. The transport was friendly, on time, and easy to book via WhatsApp. Overall 5/5 for everything!

I do not recommend this agency. I booked a tour to playa tombo. The voucher stated that pickup was at 8am. I called and they said pickup will be at 9am and that they had informed the reception at my hotel ( which I believe is a lie as they had my WhatsApp and email number and could have easily contacted me directly to ensure I got the message). On the way in the bus we were informed that we had to wait 40 minutes for a flight to pick up more people to join the trip. So we waited at the airport to pick up more guests and spent even more time in the van to get to our destination. U acceptable when everyone else had to wait at their hotel for the pickup.

The lady at the office didn’t seem to know about half of the details of the tours they offered. When we did ask about one of the more adventure style ones on there website, she had to inquire with a colleague, phone somebody to tell us there weren’t enough people for that tour to run (10 mins before closing time). The next morning, exactly that tour leaves from our hotel 5 mins before our tour. In our opinion not one we would recommend!
