Imagine riding through the lively and historic streets of Bairro Alto and Chiado on a tuk tuk tour that brings the soul of Lisbon to life. These iconic neighborhoods are known for their bohemian spirit, charming architecture, and rich cultural history. As you wind through the narrow lanes, you'll pass by the striking Santa Justa Lift, an extraordinary iron structure offering fantastic views over the city. The tour also takes you past the haunting ruins of the Convento do Carmo, a gothic church partially destroyed during the devastating 1755 earthquake, and the beautifully preserved Church of São Roque, one of the first Jesuit churches in the world, adorned with intricate baroque interiors.
Your tuk tuk journey continues toward Belém, a district that perfectly blends Portugal’s grand past with its vibrant present. Here, you’ll encounter some of the nation’s most treasured monuments, many of which are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Admire the impressive Jerónimos Monastery and the iconic Belém Tower, both symbols of the Age of Discoveries. As a sweet finale, you’ll get to taste the original Pastéis de Belém – the famous custard tarts baked from a centuries-old secret recipe. This tour is not only a ride through Lisbon’s picturesque streets but a flavorful journey through its rich history and culture.

Good way to know Lisboa! Make sure to get a friendly driver as our driver Andrea…

This company was recommended by our hotel, Brown Central, and we were very happy we booked. Our guide, Andrea, was so knowledgeable and personable. We were very fortunate to experience Lisbon with such a great guide. A wonderful experience! Thank you Andrea!

Is it expensive? Yes Is it unsafe? Yes Is it well guided? No Will I try again? Hell yes! Very unique way to travel around the city

"An absolute delight! Our Tuk Tuk tour of Lisbon's Old Town, Cathedral, and downtown areas was the highlight of our trip. The knowledgeable guide navigated charming alleys and bustling streets, sharing fascinating insights into the city's history and culture. A fantastic way to explore Lisbon's hidden gems!"

First I want to say I didn't take the tour with Tuk Tuk Lisboa, however I did have a chance to meet and talk with one of drivers outside the National Pantheon. Really cool guy! He told me about their tour, where they go, and seemed really knowledgeable about Lisbon. He was even nice enough to let me snap a picture of his Tuk Tuk. Definitely plan to take him up on his offer of a tour next time I am in Lisbon.
