I surprised my husband with a pasta-making class hosted by Stefano and Daniella at their beautiful villa just outside of town. Stefano picked us up in one of the coolest rides I’ve ever seen—a great start to an unforgettable day. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. The warmth and hospitality of Stefano and his mom were evident in every detail. Watching the playful banter between them added so much joy and personality to the experience—it was like being part of the family. The pasta-making itself was fun and hands-on. As vegetarians, we really appreciated the care they took to accommodate us. A separate vegetarian sauce had been prepared in advance, and our pasta was cooked first to avoid any cross-contamination with the meat-based dishes. That level of attention meant a lot. The food was delicious, the wine flowed generously, and the homemade peach tea was a delightful touch. Overall, it was a truly special and memorable experience—one we’d highly recommend!
Highlight of my trip, I don’t have enough good things to say about this amazing experience! If going to Florence this is the class you have to do! Stefano and his mother were the sweetest people and made this experience feel so unique. Also opening their own beautiful home was amazing and such a peaceful place with an amazing view!
This was the best part of our trip! The car ride was so unique and quicker than I anticipated (no car sickness for me!) the food was incredible, the company was incredible and not to mention the home overlooks the country side and you feel like you’re dreaming the entire time. Stefano and Daniella are SO knowledgeable, helpful to fix any of your mistakes and the food was DELICIOUS. This was the best day of our 2 week trip. BOOK IT, don’t do any other cooking class. Trust me!
