Excellent service from Jose and Chuy, went above and beyond to make everyone feel safe. We did the private tour from Punta de Mita and couldn’t be happier. The boat ride was short and smooth. Access to Palya Escondida (Playa del Amor) requires some basic fitness level as you’ll need to swim through a cave tunnel which might look and feel confronting to first time ocean swimmers due to the current/swell but staff was extremely helpful and calm at navigating my 70 yr old parents safely through it. Honestly, I don’t think they would have made it on a bigger group ha. Thanks so much !
We had an incredible time on the water. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and educated us about the marine life and staff was kind and helpful to everyone. We all had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sailboat. We saw whales, turtles, and rays. What an experience! The sea conditions and jellyfish kept us from snorkeling, even still I would go again and highly recommend! They were mindful and conscious of conservation and preservation! A sustainable organization and people doing their part to care for our ocean and its inhabitants! The food and drinks were lovely too! We will be back!
