KimKim was amazing , super reliable , saved us a ton of time and head ache and helped make the trip of a lifetime. And best of all we got an inside look into the Thai culture and met some great people along the way. All the guides were amazing, will use them on future trips.

We really liked using Kim Kim for the expertise and the ease of planning the perfect trip to Costa Rica over 18 days. I built off one of the preplanned itineraries and customized it a fair amount for our desires, which included animals, surfing, beach time, and finding the right balance with a five-year-old in tow. The hotel choices were all very nice and I felt like the quality of the tours that Kim Kim and Amazalia selected were unique and beyond what I could’ve done on my own. (There are so many operators in Costa Rica! On one hand, this would seem to make it easy to do it all yourself. However, there is a difference in quality at least in the number of people on other tours where we had smaller groups). I wish I could’ve understood the pricing of Kim Kim a bit more. That was my only slight irritation. But, I did feel like the overall experience was well worth it, and I would like to book a trip through them elsewhere in the future. The itineraries, tour options, ease, and helping us do everything without a hitch was well worth it to me!

For anyone who wants help planning a trip and wants the trip to go smoothly, consider KimKim. Berat was our Turkey expert who set up our trip. To have a driver and knowledgeable tour guide, it took all the stress and guesswork out of traveling. We were booked at nice hotels, visited fascinating historical sites, felt safe during our 12 day journey, and learned a lot from our friendly guide, Volcan. Our trip went perfectly.

Emanuela was amazing to work with from start to finish. Always responding quickly and having all the answers we need! She planned us the perfect trip and took into account everything we wanted to do. One of our excursions canceled before our trip and she informed us quickly before the trip happened and was able to book something else in a timely manner so we didn’t miss out. While we were in Iceland having her as a point of contact was very helpful as we once felt lost and we almost immediately sent us the exact address of where we needed to go and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended using Kimkim if you want to have a stress free trip where you can just show up and go and not have to think much about it. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time in Iceland with my son thanks in large part to the itinerary and personal guidance of our wonderful host, Gummi. The Ring Road is definitely a hit-and-run kind of an adventure, and I would recommend doing less than more and leaving lots of time for exploring on your own and just soaking it all in. The great thing about KimKim is that you can personalize everything and your host can help you make adjustments on the fly when necessary. Gummi was super easy to get ahold of, and just amazingly helpful and friendly. It's a lot to plan otherwise, and Gummi made it really relaxing. One thing for KimKim: Please figure out how to make your maps and itineraries fully available offline and ON the app!!! This was my second trip to Iceland, and I'd say that the natural wonders along the tourist trail are all worth seeing, but there's a lot! And there's nothing you'll miss if you skip some of it because it's all amazing. Some things I would skip: snorkeling at Silfra and the ice caves near Vik. They're both more time and hassle than they're worth IMO. Take in as many of the geothermal baths as you can (bring a portable chess board to play while you soak, and don't miss the Bobby Fischer Center in Selfoss if you're a player!), pay extra for the great restaurants and always order the seafood, and definitely leave time for an extra day in Reykjavik if you can. Thanks, Gummi! Also downloaded a few great audio books about Iceland to listen to on the road. A great history called "How Iceland Changed the World" by Egill Bjarnason, and Out of Thin Air, a great true crime story by Anthony Adeane about Iceland that weaves lots of history in. Read some Haldor Laxness, too! Enjoy.
