DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is a scammer. My son lost his key. I called the Yahamah dealer and found out it cost 150,000 rupiah to replace. He tried to charge me 500,000. I’m fine paying a fair price but charging more for foreigners is bad business. Then he said I broke his seat as it wouldn’t close. I know from personal experience it needs to be greased on the latch. He charged me 100,000 for that. Go to the bike rental right outside of gate instead.

I rented a car from them and they even delivered the car and waited over an hour for me to arrive, which I really appreciated. The car was clean, smooth, and reliable. I also had a family emergency and had to leave the island a day earlier than planned. The owner was so understanding and let me drop the car off at the airport with no problem. That flexibility meant a lot during a stressful moment. Highly recommend this company. amazing service, very kind people, and the best rental experience I’ve ever had!

Great service. We took 3 bikes for 3 day's. We headed to the town north of mount Rinjani. Then over the pass 2200 m down through the jungle and across to the east cost for the second night. Then back along the north coast the last day . They kept our spare luggage 🧳 for us in their office.
