Enjoyed the pool with one of the lady attendants and kid loved the VR experiment. Should have asked for the lady attendant's contacts to be the kid's Stepmom.

The worst gaming arcade I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Here’s why: 1. Poor lighting and extremely loud music – You can barely see properly, and holding a conversation is impossible. 2. Terrible service – One staff member was handling all the games, making it hard to get support or coordinate anything. 3. Arcade games are too short and poorly maintained – Most games lasted only about 200 seconds, and several were broken. 4. Bowling alley issues – Most lanes weren’t working, resulting in long waits. When we finally got to play, the machines kept breaking mid-game, or the pins took forever to load—or didn’t load at all. Someone had to constantly fix the machines, which shows poor maintenance and management. Honestly, the one star is only because I can’t give it zero. Very disappointing experience.

The customer service was not on point, especially in the pool game area,,we had paid for bowling and did the activity for 4 guests,,then paid an extra 800 to try out another activity.One of the staff denied us the chance to play pool table and it was 8 o'clock saying the timing for closing is normally according to the number of guests.I felt frustrated because a place like this is all about guest service and not about closing time.Revenue has to be the top priority.

Great location though they could do so much better, in terms of;- °Maintenance and repairs (multiple bowling lanes not working for instance). °Cleanliness standards needs improvement (staff to clean up during and after groups|individual). °Service speed wanting too.
